1969 Chevelle 12 bolt Bare Housing

I have a CN code Bare 12 bolt housing with one axle flange needs weld/repair as seen in photo from a 1969 chevelle ss-as is asking $350 U.S.-prefer not to ship but may be able to get to MCACN show-not sure though-have a friend who goes to PA once a month may be able to do something there as well-thanks!
