Wow. I had a pair of BW springs out of an El Camino. I threw them away because I did not know they were correct for a 70 SS. Dumbass.

El Camino Springs are not the same as Coupe springs anyways but not trash that's for sure.

I realize they might use different springs, but wouldn't one with a BW code used in the El Camino be the same as a BW used on a Chevelle? The ones I had still had tags.

I know that El Camino would sit high in the rear compared to a Chevelle coupe that sat low so for sure El Camino had different rated springs IMO

Less rear weight in el Camino so it sits higher?
