1970 Big Block Chevy 3969811 TX Long Water Pump Chevelle Nova Camaro Impala C 12 70
 

This alternator bracket is a very nice original part that has been in storage since the early 70's. It came off of a 1969 Nova race car that had a 427 in it. Looking at all the parts that came with this pump, the car looks to have been an L78 built in late Jan or Feb. The last picture shows other parts that came to me in the same deal.

This water pump is in very good condition. I imagine it was installed on the Nova mentioned above when the 427 conversion took place. There is no pitting or other damage. It still spins freely and should certainly be rebuilt after decades of sitting. The date looks to be C 12 70 with the C being a bit funky as shown.
