'69 Pace Car RS/SS Convertible, Claimed L78

The auction text: "We recently obtained this very special Camaro from the estate of a well known classic Camaro collector from Southern California...."

Anyone know this car, or have any thoughts on the deck stamp? 124679N621220, originally delivered to Rosenthal in VA.

I think that is George Lyons from Erie, PA selling the car, he has it posted on his FB page.

----On Facebook today I saw that George grew up with Dave Lindsley and bought more than one car out of his estate. This car wasn't specifically mentioned but by the description must have been one of Dave's cars. Hope it goes to a good home. Never met Dave but all who did say that he was really quite a guy. Wish I would have had the good fortune to know him......Bill S

Lots of expensive items missing from the car, and the buyer will have to track down correct date-coded items, which could take some time. That is provided that the provenance of the car can be proven.
