I used this on the dash of my El Camino and it's held up real well. You might try it. 3M Scotch-Weld Industrial Plastic Adhesive #4475.

I've used that 3M #4475 Industrial Plastic Adhesive and have no complaints. It's flexible to some degree too.

If it's made of ABS then you can use ABS glue for ABS pipe. I've used this on dashes to glue the pegs on that hold the wiper switch and it works well. You can also try using Acetone. ABS dissolves in acetone, so if you put just a little on both pieces and let it start to dissolve then you can stick them together.
