40568 A/C Fuel Pump
 

I'm thinking I don't want the regular junk fuel pumps they sell today to go with the equally junk gas they sell today. I was thinking if I could find a core 40568 fuel pump, I could have it rebuilt. I know they're a little pricy to rebuild but at least it would be up to date.

Anybody have one for sale? Ultimate date code would be GI or HI

That would be Dec 1968. I'll send you a pm. I'm not ruling it out. Just want to see if there's something out there near the date of my car. They seem to run a month behind the engine....Joe

I would still like to find a pump closer to the engine date if somebody has something.

I bought Scott's (Spooky) pump just in case.
