1970 Chevelle Cowl Induction Tower Clamps on big Vent hose ???
 

Cowl induction Air Cleaner assembly Vent hose Tower Clamps???
Question to guys with Survivors or very original cars with COWL INDUCTION Only. I have seen the big Vent Hose to Elbow to Valve cover come with Tower clamps a few times now.
In most situations there are no tower clamps at all.
Does anyone know if there was a particular production plant that used these clamps or early vs. late production?
Shown below is an unmolested Air Cleaner assembly I'll be picking up soon and everything looks original. Tower clamps are dated 3/69 so lets here what others here have to say.
