NCRS web site problem
 

Clicked the link on our site and filled out the questions it asked. Clicked continue and then it gives me a message my email is invalid. I tried many others to continue. But it won't let me past this point. Anyone encounter this before?

I had problems also, every time I try to log on it takes forever.
