69 Chevelle 4 core top mounting plate

I need a 69 Chevelle 3 core radiator top mounting plate , not sure what is correct but I would like the one with the xtra piece welded on the pass side corner.

I don't think there was a 4 row radiator available for the 69 Chevelle. Largest was a 3 row.
