Meet the new addition to our family! Does he look like a little “Java” or “Yukon” to you? We have a split vote, and we gotta decide today.

Meanwhile, he’s T.Rubbel to me… but that’s another story.

Guess it must be the time of year as we just got a new pup ourselves. Not getting much sleep and forgot how much work a new puppy is. Much like having another kid, except the wife says it's my turn now as she did it with our boys.

I'm sure you're having fun too.

What a cutie Helmut! What kind of dog is it? What did you decide on a name?

We got him from a rescue kennel so we're not positive, but we believe he's an Alaskan Malmute. He's a really good dog so far, but yeah... I'm looking forward to getting past the puppy stage. Name is still being debated. Thought we were down to two names, but some new ones have been brought in to the mix like Balto, the famous sled dog. Now Balto was a survivor!

My vote was for Yukon, but I'll let you guys know. Thanks for the replies!
