What year is the catalog?

Salvatore 05-27-2017 12:04 PM

I would say 1970. No dates just judging by the contents.

Thanks!

Is that ZL1 #60 sitting in the showroom.

Salvatore 05-27-2017 06:57 PM

Could be. I do not know that answer though. maybe Chuck (427King) would know.

COPO 05-28-2017 04:06 AM

I'll take it if still available. PM sent. I was thinking it was 1970 as well based on the cars shown.

The story behind ZL1 #60 is that it was kept in the showroom at the dealership until 1971 until Bugsy Stevens bought the engine and Bob Johnson had a LT1 installed in the car and it was sold from the used car lot to Kenny Fredrick . Not sure why the 427 guy would know anything about the car my info is from Richard "Fuzzy" Kimble the Mechanic that removed the ZL1 and installed the LT1 engine.

I said Chuck because he lives in that area and probably knows some of the Scuncio guys. I believe Chuck had a Scuncio car or maybe still does. Plus, he buys and sells alot of rare and quality parts for these cars.

My Grandma lived on Putman Pike just down the street from Scuncio. What year did the dealership shut down?

Salvatore 05-28-2017 08:37 PM

Chuck would probably know.
