how to tell if a 69 open air cleaner lid is original or a repop ? thanks

If it is a Survivor Original lid it will have an ink stamp on the bottom.

rolled edge is different too

Flash chrome with dull bottom instead of nice shiny chrome.

The repros are getting close. The inner ridge is not correct. The indent for the wingnut is different.

Look close @ it's design like the outter edge,inner ridge,and center crater too.They are easy to distinguish when next to each other.
Don't go by the ink stamping,as they have been reproduced on many and the stencils for them have been out there for some time.
