Russ lyons Chevrolet dealer
 

Looking for information about the Russ Lyons Chevrolet dealership in Boulder Colorado. I cannot find much anywhere about this dealer. I understand it closed somewhere in the 1970s. I own one of 2 known 1970 camaro L78s that were sold there. Just maybe I could find someone still around to talk to about these cars maybe. Or information about the cars.

Craig's father, Bob Fisher worked at Burt Chevrolet before partnering w/ Russ Lyons then buying the operation in 1973, sadly Fisher Chevrolet got a golden handshake during the GM bankruptcy.

Paul, I read through the thread. I assume by what I read that the information from Mike Kaiser was for the chevelle. Or was Mike Kaiser a former Russ Lyons Chevrolet employe that knows about some of the cars sold there? I did talk to Craig Fisher today. His father purchased the Russ Lyons Chevrolet dealership and now is a Honda dealer He owns now. I am researching 2 1970 SS 396 L78 camaros sold there. One forest green and mine that's cranberry red. He remembers the Green car being sold ironically. But not my car.
