Re: 1969 Z 10 10
I saw the car in person. He said the doors were usable on the phone and I would not use them, rotten on the inside. Also where the inner wheel house fastens to the floor was swelled and not good. I THINK one of the frame rails had an issue on the end. It is rusty.

Re: 1969 Z 10 10
hard to tell on the rear - but the BU should have a "C" stamp - about a space or 2 before the B
neat being a very very late car - the tac is also correct for the late cars..... |
Re: 1969 Z 10 10
That could be what all the hammer marks are just left of the B. Someone may have not known most (but not all) of the late cars had a C out there.

Re: 1969 Z 10 10
Not being a Camaro guy but knowing how rare a REAL factory Black car is, Can anybody verify that the cowl tag is real?
|
Re: 1969 Z 10 10
I have looked at thousands of '69 tags. I have no reason to question it is a real tag.

Re: 1969 Z 10 10
That's good enough for me. Thank you.

Re: 1969 Z 10 10
Just to add to Williams comment, I don't believe it's ever been removed from the car, and the build date & body# are in line. The VIN would be helpful.

Well, so much for that. It looks like the seller just ended the auction early. It was just active before I asked the question. Thanks for your opinions guys.
