1968 Big Block Camaro Exhaust Manifold Bolts.

Shoulder or no shoulder with washer. Which way is correct?

For 68 you will have the four outer ports with shoulder bolts the four inner parts non shouldered bolts.
So 8 shoulder and 8 non shouldered.

Do the non shoulder use washers or not?

No washers on the non shouldered bolts
