I was watching this movie the other day, again for like the 100th time. My favorite car scene in this movie is the burnout and posi marks left when the tranny shifts during the scene when Burt Reynolds picks up Sally Field for the first time... Enjoy the video.. Turn up the volume....

My Dad took me to see Smokey and the Bandit when I was little and when it first came out at the theater. I remember him laughing hysterically at several of the scenes and of course I did not understand the humor then...

I would have loved to have been a stunt driver beating the living snot out of that Trans Am....
