Father & Son Project

My dad and I bought this 57 210 Sedan back in July and have been slowly working on things. It was an original dusk pearl and ivory car. Somewhere in its life it was painted red. The prior owner put in a strong running 4 bolt 350 and TH350 trans. It had a dual 4bbl set up on it as well. We have since removed the dual 4bbl set up and installed and edelbrock performer intake and a single 750 carb. The ignition was upgraded to full electronic. We added front power disk brakes and full 2 1/2" exhaust. The driver side floor pan was in dire need of replacement as well as all 4 lower floor braces. We also so far have replaced the left side inner rocker. We are in the process of rebuilding the front suspension and replacing body bushings. We just got in a new full and correct black and silver 210 interior that will go in once the car is back from our friends shop. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...26_800x450.jpg

Gotta love a post car! Its funny I remember when he had his 1st 57 it was a post bel air then got a hardtop bel air and he always said the sedan felt like a more solid car and there was more leg room in the back seat. I will get pics when we do the interior. He got everything from a company out in Arizona and they did an amazing job on the materials and stitching.

Picked up the car this weekend from our friends shop and drove her over an hour all freeway and the car ran very well. Need to adjust the timing some because she is pinging and popping a little when we get on it a little. Got the car home and gave it a nice rub down and cleaning to get all the shop dust and hand prints off and all I can say is it cleans up really nice. Now gotta put some paint on the new floors and braces but need a little warmer weather here in MI
