I took this off a 69Z. Sold it on this site. I believe the pan was original to the engine and had never removed till I took it off. Others? https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...02_oil_pan.jpg |

Thanks all, There is a pan for sale local here and they said it came off of a 69 Z28. The drain is in the middle on the bottom.

It may have come off of a 69 Z, but wasn't original to the car. Also, you need to decide how badly you want an assembly line pan vs the later GM pan. The replacement pan will function just fine. Comparison. Original vs. replacement Z/28 oil pans. |

Just as an example. The seller of this pan may be a very honest guy. But.... that pan he is selling was available over the counter just a few years ago for under $100. It is not assembly line correct.
