Strange valve stem thingamagiggy
 

Has any one ever seen anything like this? These came on a set of mags I just bought.

I found this doohicky in the can of lug nuts.

I think I'm missing a piece or two. I guess you could call them Day-2 (or Day-Poo)

Seems like another version of the Mr. Gasket Flush Mount Tire Valves 5102
