1969 z28

Looking to buy an original hugger orange Z28 with white houndstooth or standard white interior. Must be original colors and a real car but does not have to be matching numbers. Documents a plus. Thanks Shane

Strange.
That car doesn't show up in their inventory on their web site.

Shane, I sent you a pm.

Does it have to be Hugger Orange, or will a different color work.

It's on there now. N.o.m. engine ,not sure about the transmission or rear end. Body very rough.

Any opinions on the value of this car? I know it's tough to say without a personal inspection but any ball park figures? I look from time to time for a 69 Z28 project and was curious what it might be worth. Thanks

if it has a bu or bv rear correct trans that killer color combo should put it in the 18,000-22,000 range I would think, even the dz motor if it is an orig will help also, the floors and trunk really need to be checked also they can be a big factor in the value.

Re: 1969 z28

Except reading the ad reveals that the "DZ" motor is in reality a decked 010 block with a 302 rotating assembly "according to the previous owner". Although it is disclosed that the engine is not original, the initial read makes it sound like it is a real DZ motor. Without the DZ stamp, there is no way to know.

So he's way high at 27K without the original engine?
