Here is a Radio Delete Plate I removed from a 300 Deluxe in upper Wi.
over 20 years ago.
Also comes with the retainer.

Thank You Sam ,I appreciate that so much.
That is the one thing I would change on this site.
You can go to a lot of site's and go directly from your photo album
and just download right to your thread.
After 10 or so years and 2 Photo-Bucket accounts ,I just about
give up.
Call me stupid but, I like simplicity.
Anyway, any pics of items that I have can be E-mailed if needed.

Just got this PM from a member here.
There I go assuming '68and'69 plates to be the same.
Didn't mean to confuse anyone.
The info and the people are what make this site what it is.

The radio delete plate you have appears to be for a '69 Chevelle. The shape is slightly different for a '68 Chevelle dash. The easiest way to tell the difference between the two is to look at the back side of the plate. If it is molded in black plastic - it is '69 Chevelle. If it is molded in an off white/cream color then the front is painted black with some overspray covering the back.
