Looks like it has had maybe Ladder bars or something
Like that weld on and now gone.
I have installed my alinement bar and 1" bar through it
and it looks to be centered within reason.
This is in "as found condition " then blasted and cleaned.
Comes with main caps
backing plates are aftermarket.
Comes as is ,where is.
