I have several sets of original unrestored survivor license screws for GM cars from 66-74. Each set has 4 (2 front and 2 rear) These are pan head slotted screws and you can tell the repros from originals!!!

Those are not the same as the survivor ones I have. The ones from the 60's have a small shoulder around the edge. Those look like the ones from the mid to late 70's.

Don, you are referring to the flanged head. GM used 2 different suppliers. The flanged heads are rarer than the plain pan head. GM started using these in 66 65 and earlier used a small pan head with a captured washer and thinner shank. I have several flanged heads as you mentioned and will post pics of them tomorrow
