I've seen a few NOS pieces before. I think they are pretty neat pieces pre-dating Line-Locs. Just think what happens to that lever when you slam on the brakes, ouch!

I don't think the Race brake handle moved when you were applying the brakes normally.

I've seen them primarily on full-size early-60's musclecars.
