1969 427 Chevy good deal or not ?

Re: 1969 427 Chevy good deal or not ?
The price is a tad high but if the body is done and just needs to be put together Im thinking around 8 to 8500 there is alot of assembly left and the guts look rough, you could burn up alot of cash there. And there is a boat gas tank on the pass floor.
If it could be put back together easy it would be a cool cruiser. |

Also it states it has "A" 427 in it, not "THE" 427" seems to me that if it was numbers matching it would say so!

Seller says "all original" he may be old school where all original means just that (with the exception of the sheet metal he mentions replacing)
This is not too far from me if anyone is serious I can get out and check it for you. *Ken, another mint Nu Yawk survivor project? |

unfortuately they installed the 'flat' repro 1/4s, without the bulge around the wheel openings
