Melling cam
 
Picked up an nos old melling solid cam. Code is c-800-p. anyone know the specs on this cam and what gm cam is close to it's specs. Thanks for any help. Jeff

Maybe Melling can look it up. </div></div>I called them and they said cam has 518 lift and 275 duration @ .050 on both. Lash. Int. .030. Exh. .032. Up to 327 Int. .024. Exh. .028. On larger motors. How radical is this cam? Thanks. For the help.

Ran one of these cams in the 327, 1964 Chevy Impala super sport 456 gears turbo Hydro 400 return 13.76 and 104 miles an hour in the quarter mile was a very good cam.
