I picked this up yesterday. When installed the snorkel would sit to the passenger side and it would actually be angled a little towards the rear of the car.

Looks like Impala 4 speed 1968-1969

My '68 SS427 had the same air cleaner, BTW [also a 4-gear]. Nice piece.

1968 only,396/325hp and 427/385 HP Impala and 396 pick-up all with manual trans

After some checking the air cleaner looks like its for a 69 335hp 427 fullsize car.

ONLY..........1969, Chevrolet B-body 427-335 hp.4-spd, 1969 Chevelle 396-325 hp. 4-spd.
Crankcase breather is on drivers side in 1968

These are becoming more and more in demand,Nice Find!
I should just drop this but,for the record,this is for a '68 ONLY
the SNOUT is Left 90 Deg. to the center tang that locates it on the Carb.

Where as on a '69 the SNOUT is at 45 Deg. Left to the center tang.

Although you could be right about the SNOUT being on the Drivers side but.
"ONLY" on a Righthand drive car! Humor!!
