Is my fan clutch working correctly

I have a question concerning the fan clutch on my stock 327 engine, 1962 car. If the fan has the same resistance when I turn it after engine warms up as when it’s cold, does that mean the clutch is not working.

Easiest way to tell is have someone shut off the car while you are looking at the fan. If the fan stops immediately post shut off - your fan clutch works. If the fan spins freely post shut off - your fan clutch does not work.
