Baldwin-Motion Flashback!
Since Baldwin Chevrolet is long gone, having been replaced by a CVS drugstore, and Motion Performance is now a mixed-use auto shop, nice to see these scale-model dioramas of the way it was.
Check it out, http://www.carguychronicles.com/2012...scle.html#more Enjoy, Marty |

Those are some neat looking items. Thanks for sharing them.
I copied these form a post Dog427435 made: http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t...hotos/3a-1.jpg http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t.../photos/5j.jpg I've always wondered what the various ways Baldwin Chev may have identified their cars. I've seen several reproduction stickers and a few originals. I know by 1969, the mylar stickers were getting popular, but certainly not the only ones used by dealerships at the time. I think this one came off a 1959 http://i151.photobucket.com/albums/s...P5798Small.jpg This is one my dad owns, but he did not remove himself. http://home.comcast.net/~pxtx/tabs1.jpg Here is a similar I found on the web |
