0 was the special paint code in 67 I believe. Is it a super sport also?

Mike...post up the trim tag info...like this:

05D E
ST 67-12437 NOR125276 BODY
TR 760-Z 0-2 PAINT
W 2G 3SL
-079B

But use the numbers that are on your tag
One of the more knowledgeable members will help you out.

From what I remember the 079 number is found on some of the 67 Pace cars...

not a pace car code for NOR, but order ref for the special order paint. I would look close to find out the original color. Look on the cowl side behind the fenders or color overspray under the carpet.

Also look at the vin tag, is there other numbers there other than the vin#? If there is a date code stamped on the vin tag before gm put the tag on the car, it's a pace car.<a href="http://s783.photobucket.com/albums/y...wood.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i783.photobucket.com/albums/y...wood.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Cool!.

Although seldom used, wasn't the blank upper area of these style tags actually created for the dealer to mark the customer delivery date in and what the DD at the top of these tag refers to, Delivery Date or Dealer Delivery?.
Oviously anything imprinted from the rear like this Pace Car example was done before tags were affixed & nothing to do w/ dealer to customer delivery dates..

The dealer was supposed to stamp the delivery date on the 67 vin tag for warranty purposes. I have only seen a handful of 67 cars that the dealer actually stamped the delivery date on the vin tag.
