70 LT1 block
What does everyone think of this block?
CTB LT1 block I have a April cast CTB 0010 block and the casting number looks completely different. The casting number is clean and in line. Mine is all over the place. Does anyone know whe the casting number went from the sloppy 3970010 to the clean, inline one? I just sold a 1971 LT1 crate engine and it has the clean casting number. I was just curious whether this was the real deal or a rewhacked 1980 block. Jason https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif |

Re: 70 LT1 block
Sam,
That makes since then. The casting number change must have happened sometime between april and mid-May. Thanks, Jason |

Re: 70 LT1 block
Deuce blocks are all nice, clean and aligned. They span 05D to 06B.
