Flywheel ID?
I have a flywheel here I may use. Not sure where it came from. It probably came with some motor I bought at some point. Anyone have a thought?
Here are the numbers: 3729004 K96 22 |
Re: Flywheel ID?
That's the casting number, but Chevrolet recognizes it as part #3739423 officially.
Used on 1955-62 M/T Corvettes w/V-8 small blocks,1955-64 Impala w/V-8 small blocks & 409cid,(but not w/Z-11 package),and a multitude of 1964-66 & 1967-69 series 10-20 Trucks w/230 & 250 cid. motors. |
Re: Flywheel ID?
Thanks Rick. Sounds like it wouldn't be the best application for a big block, fairly high hp motor.
