Pure Oil decals wanted
 

Looking for two original Pure decals in the style as shown in the attachment. Thanks for any help.

Sure looks like that's where inspiration for the Motion Supercar Club logo came from...

I think that style of Pure Oil sticker came out in '68 so the inspiration may have been in reverse order. Good eye though. I had not caught on to that previously.

If you haven't already, maybe try some of the old Nascar guys on as they ran the same Pure decals in the '68 season as seen in this cool bangshift linked clip also note Pearson's '68 HM Ford restored in recent years is sporting one in the pic below...

Also Jon, the racingsportscars.com site has little info or pics of your car included w/ the 67/68 listings of events it raced so you may want to post some updates over there...

Pete, I bought some reproduction decals and I'm not happy with them. They're not accurate enough. I would like to find some originals if at all possible. Thanks.

No idea if the Pearson car decals are repop but seeing you've been looking for 7 years &amp; thinking how they must've passed a lot of 'em out during the '68 season, thought there may be a chance a Pure collector like member BIG or one of the old stocker guys could still have a few originals?

Sorry, I don't have any extra. I only have a pair in my collection. I do see them from time to time, I'll keep an eye out for a set. Here is a front and back side photo, the rear is dated 11-67....
