Just for clarification on this thread, this was a automatic that has been converted to a 4 speed.

Thanks for the kind words! I also believe it is a bargain at the price! I have had a few of the 67 Shelby GT 500's and it is the best running, driving car I have ever had the pleasure to own!

As mentioned in the ad, it does come with the original and complete matching #'s Factory AUTOMATIC Transmission. I chose to leave the car as is with a period CORRECT Top Loader 4 speed, and let the new owner decide. Presently, I feel its the best of both worlds (Stick or Factory Auto!)
