UniRoyal Tiger Paw Tire Code ??

Can anyone tell me how to read the code on this tire? https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...s/confused.gif
Is it a date code...maybe January 15, 1968? It is on a UniRoyal Tiger Paw F70-15 original spare tire from a 1968 Vette.

15th week of 1968 makes sense. I thought maybe the JY meant January or July?? I put it on eBay and suggested it was maybe 15th week of 68 but added, "Do your own research". I guess if someone wants it they'll know what it means. Thanks for the help!
