1967 Z28 Fan

I remember some discussion of a rather rare '67 Z28 fan. Can some post photos or describe the characters and stamps of the fan please. Trying to sort out parts for a friend.

I never knew there was a date code on the fan blades .have to check mine.

His fan has a "W" stamp but is most certainly a different unit... thanks.
