I had a post on a FB Ohio drag racing page a while back but took it down after a false positive.

Bentley (bbbentley) has done all the legwork contacting previous owners. The car never left his stomping grounds of southern Ohio. The next person we are trying to find is a Mr. A. Mason who sold the car in 1981 in Junction City, Ohio. Mr. Mason was around 19 years old at the time.

So far, previous owners have stated the car never saw a track and was only raced on the street. The car did not have the original engine in it then. The car does in fact have a big block transmission crossmember still in place.

A previous owner Jenkins sent the car to Florida to have work done including the flares but was NOT happy and the car was put away until sold to Howard which is how it ended up on eBay where the story was picked up here.

The car also appears to have factory markings on the firewall/rad support, can anyone decipher the marks? I think one is an eight above the heater core cover?
