Picked up this blue 65 L78 Coupe. Sitting on a C4 chassis and a built 489 ci BB with a tremec 5 speed. As part of the deal got the original Chassis, original engine, dated tranny dated 65 BB rear end. Also 5 NOS dated KH knock offs, NOS side pipes and a ton of other correct 65 BB parts. Local NCRS buddy I have known for 30 years owned the car. He has spend the last four years just building the chassis while driving the car on the modern chassis. Eventually I will put the body back on the chassis and campaign the car. He did so before the new chassis and it local chapter top flighted. Has custom 3” side exhaust that is way too loud!! Fun to drive though.

Please keep the information coming on that car. What a story.

Tim, you may know the car. Past Carolinas NCRS Chapter President owned the car.
37K miles, one lacquer repaint. Blue interior, no-hit body, seat covers replaced and likely front carpet, original pipe, knock off car. Owner history since new.
