Dz302 engine day 2 VO908DZ

Selling this nice little dz302 I built a little while back for a 48 Anglia gasser I had. With all my 69 z28s I had, I wanted my gasser to have a nice 302 also. Long story short I sold the Anglia and kept my engine. This engine maybe has 20 miles on it since it was redone. It ran very nice. Vin number is extremely hard to read.
I’ve done a lot since I had this engine built, so there’s a lot I’ve forgot about it. I’d rather see someone use it than me just sit on it. It would be a great engine for a day 2 car or hot rodded z28. Or make it back to stock.

The engine has a nos set of gm over the counter aluminum heads on it (from the 80’s I
Believe). Roller cam, 1178 crankshaft, a lot of good parts internal.

Old school edelbrock intake. ** carb does not go with engine. Engine will be intake to pan, accessories will go with (but nothing that is correct for a camaro)

10.77:1 64cc heads
Block is .030 over
Diamond pistons
H beam rods
Crower mech roller camshaft 4/7 swap , crower lifters
I can’t for the life of me find the cam specs.

Engine located in Minnesota, I have access to crates. I will ship at cost + any supplies to make safe crate etc.

I’d like $10k for this engine.

Is there a VIN by the oil filter. Someone may have the car.

Would also be good to post casting date and number. It could be Sept of either 68 or 69.

Most of the vin derivatives down by the oil filter are almost impossible to read. Like he said: "Vin number is extremely hard to read."

I have had some luck taking a high quality digital photo and then playing with contrast, brightness, etc. to see if something shows up.

I’ll get some more photos, I’ll try to get the vin number as best I can and casting date and block numbers.

I could deliver for free if it was in between Fargo nd and Portland Oregon. I’ll be making another trip that way in a month or so I’m hoping.

Thats a late 69 engine so the VIN will be down by the filter.

Looks like the partial VIN is 19N690402 or 19N689402

124379N690402
124379N689402

Neither one came up in internet searches for me.
