----Definetly a pretty decent 67 Vette. If it was me I would yank the sidepipes as, obviously, the car didn't come with them. A lot of small stuff wrong under the hood. I'll never understand why people run the PCV hose the wrong way around the back of the carb where it might interfere with the throttle arm and spend $30.00 or so bucks and get a correct pump-to-carb fuel line. I know I also switched many a drivers seat and passenger seat many times over the years just as someone has done with this car. It's kind of too late though as the one seam is already split. Love the paperwork, and wonder if there is a tank sticker as well. Price is a bit high to me, but what do I know!.....Bill S

Mr. Bill S,

I also do not care for the side pipes on a roadster. Coupe Yes.

If you take the pipes off, then it would really look like a four wheeler, as it seems to sit very high.

Good eye on the switched cushion. Leave it as is, is my thought.

Thanks for posting Tony, and thanks for the observations Bill. I’m keen to learn about these C2’s so that I can pull the trigger when I find the right Coupe. Keep ‘em coming!

----Chris,,, Good observation on the height. It may sit this high all the time, but they might have just lowered the car and not moved it to let it settle it.....Bill S

----Looking over the pics it does look too high in all the pics!

The car strikes me as one you'd find much more wrong if you were face to face with the car

I agree with all of ya'lls comments. One reason why the car looks like it may be high could be the size tires they put on the car. The tires look like too low profile for the car.
We often see where someone replaces the rear spring with the wrong spring and the car has a rake or they put the wrong front springs on the car an it looks like a gasser. For this one a good chassis inspection is needed for sure.
I hate when people put side pipes on an original under car exhaust car because usually they don't trim the front fenders correctly and you have a little bit of a hack job.
