Mark Dillon posted on “Glory Days of Racing FB page.
Dillon photo of his 1967 Camaro crash at the 1969 Donnybrook Trans Am. He states that the car was an ex-Yenko Trans-AM car I only know of 3 Yenko 1967 road racing Camaros The blue Jerry Thompson Yenko 302 Camaro built from a base Camaro (car no. 24) The red Bud Gates Yenko Stomer (car no. 21) The blue Boye Yuma Yenko Stomer (car no. 68 at Daytona) I posted this on a few FB pages to see if any additional info comes up |

Previous owner. If the car had blue interior, maybe it was the Bill Boye car.

Odd there is only 1 pic of that rollover, when a photographer was right there and took this one.

To clarify, the crash happened in late May 1970, not 1969.

The fact that he walked away from that crash is unbelievable considering the safety measures (or lack thereof) at that time in history, wow.

Joe, this is the only pic I can currently find of the Bill Boye #21 Camaro at Sebring. Two other Camaros behind it.

I was able to find another pic of the Bill Boye car from Sebring. It had a rear spoiler on it at Daytona the previous month but it appears they removed it.
