Re: Grady Burch's Day 2 COPO Camaro
Mike,
I especially like the attention to photographing the unrestored original details before any work was done. Some people just dive into a project without documenting that history but you "get it". Verne Ah Hah! It IS case sensitive!! (despite what it says) |
Re: Grady Burch's Day 2 COPO Camaro
Beautiful car Grady. I just hope that you plan to use it some!

Was Skip aware it was a COPO before he sold it to Grady,or was that discovered afterwards? ..and where did the "By Grady" emblem come from? </div></div> Yes, he new, the surprise was discovering it had the born with CX trans, Skip was told the trans had been replaced ?? And it was painted ugmo black too. The Grady emblem was discovered my Phil "Woj" on ebay and he gave Grady a heads up. He bought it and had it chrome plated. That drew allot of attention at the show. Re: Grady Burch's Day 2 COPO Camaro
You do great work Mike. What color red is the Lakewood roll Barr thanks
|
Re: Grady Burch's Day 2 COPO Camaro
We matched it to the paint that was still on the roll bar. The guy had a couple quarts of acrylic enamel that were mixed for a customer and not ever picked up. It was close, and after some tinting he made me a pint. So I do not have a formula to share.
