1970 hornet sc 360
 
I have a lead on a 1970 hornet sc 360. original paint, wheels, never apart low miles with a 3 speed manual. very few made. complete car with 1 owner. anyone know what these cars are bringing? pm me please

EXTREMELY RARE! One-of-none actually. Because the SC360 is a 1971 model :)

784 were built.

578 built with the Go-Pak

$199 for the Go Pak brought a four-barrel carb that raised output to 285 horses. It also added a Ram Air induction system fed by a distinctive matte black hood scoop, as well as dual-exhaust, a handling package, tachometer and Polyglas white-letter tires.

waiting to hear back from the owner through a friend of mine. owner ordered this car new with a 3 speed. it has the 360 engine in it. waiting to go look at the car, person helping me has seen the car and states its all original including paint, 1 owner. if i purchase this car i will have someone help me post picturez.

All 784 had the 360. (Hornet SC360: Super Coupe 360)

206 had the 360 2BBL

578 had the 360 4BBL

RamblerDealer has one non ram air I think… mustard yellow? 4 speed :-)

I had a 1973 Hornet X. From the factory it had the 360 cubic inch V-8 with a 727 Torque-flite Transmission.

its a1971 360 2bl 3 spd low miles orig paint. 1 owner waiting to go look at the car. owner is one day to sell next day dont want to sell. patience is a must. thanks for all the info gentlemen

Be sure to check the VIN and door tag to make sure that it is the real thing.
If you are really interested, have him take the steering gear box loose so that you can see the frame rail. The last 6 or so digits of the VIN are hand stamped there.

Mine is on the top shelf just waiting for me to put back together some day.....
