Any decent Muscle car mags left?

I know I'm old school but are there any good Muscle Car magazines left in print form. I've subscribed to Hemmings Muscle Machines from the beginning but their last issue has hit rock bottom for me. Besides the editorial at the front and back of the magazine and the ask Ray column there's just not much left for the purist. I know time marches on but it was such a great magazine focused on stock restorations and great stories. Now everything is retro this and modified that.

Any suggestions? Thanks

I agree. Since the departure of Muscle Car Review, there really seems to be a void for a good mag.

Unfortunately, this is the new norm. There are several quarterly publications trying to make a go at it but for the most part, they are brand specific.

All of the publications I supplied content to have gone 100% digital or away all together and they won't be returning. The trend is the video and on demand production now. Unfortunately for those of us that made a living actually talking to people, taking photos and writing stories we are the dinosaurs to "progress".

At least that's what I'm told.

Totally agree! I went through the recent issue of HMM in barely ten minutes which caused me to have these same thoughts.
I do enjoy Chuck Hanson's how-to contributions to HMM, he is currently working up one that may be of interest to some of us.

I miss MCR....

----Yup! Just on this sight alone there are hundreds of article style muscle cars. I keep wondering when they will discover "The Supercar Registry". They would have a guaranteed limitless source of the best of the best for years!!!....Bill S

Bring them all back!

As we all know, times change and we are forced to change also.

I loved all the old Muscle Car magazines of old and I do my best to search out cars on my devices (iPad) but it’s just not the same.

Billalert has a good suggestion as just about everything Muscle/Super cars are on this site.

I like dinosaurs.

PS, hey your missing a wiper.

This is a quarterly magazine done out of Nanaimo B.C. that recently featured my 1970 Camaro. It occasionally will feature some Canadian only muscle that some USA readers would appreciate. It probably isn't available on US news stands, but is available online, and by subscription. Dale

Would love to share some of those stories on our show!
The invitation is open to all. Would love to share 'em with a couple of hundred thousand listeners.

Just sayin'
