I can remember going there many times with my brother and looking at the L72 cars, they always had a ton of muscle cars there
anyway here is a rough emblem pretty pitted up, really only good for someone that has a car from there gone...going to mr70 |

Nice gesture. I spent a lot of time at that dealership as well. They always had a ton of hi perf parts in their warehouse and were always willing to pass them along cheap to get rid of old inventory. I bought a ton of NOS Rally wheels from them.

Nicely done! Are other Iten sold Yenkos known besides the existing Silver Deuce? :beers: ~ Pete . |

Did Iten even sell any Yenko cars as it may be your Silver L78 I was thinking of? :hmmm: ~ Pete . |
Iten was not a Yenko network dealer. Grossman sold six deuces in Minneapolis MN. My 70 L78 Nova was sold new at Iten. The restored dealer emblem still on the trunk lid.

Iten sold LOTS of hi performance cars and played the hi-perf game will into the 90's, just no Yenkos. Odd that Kline Chev and Grossman both did but not Iten. I bought tons of parts from Iten throughout the 70's and 80's and many a cruise in started out in their lot.

Loong ago during my tenure as a Chevy dealership heavy repair tech, my parts guy's go-to for overnight delivery was Iten. They always had it in stock.
When my daughter was playing college hockey I became friends with a team-mate's grandfather who retired as the business manager for Iten. Very interesting fellow. |
