This is an original set of NOS STANDARD BORE GM 427 ZL1 L88 Pistons & Rings. Camaro ZL1/ Corvette L88
Piston #3947886 and Ring set part #3888308.
Yes these are really NOS pistons. The box the pistons are in is not original BUT...you can see they are all wrapped in and old Detroit News Newspaper dated August 2nd, 1972...Pretty Cool. These are in perfect original condition and have always been stored indoors..They have the original Pins and Locks (8 of locks are installed in pistons and the other 8 are separate.
The rings are NOT the Moly style but are listed as being for the 427 and 454 with standard 4.250 bore.
Price is $1500 delivered in the U.S. only...Will Ship Fed Ex...

I’m interested in the piston set. Are they open chambered or closed chamber pistons. What is the best you can do on price?

Not sure what your asking here. Are you inquiring as to whether these are for an OPEN or CLOSED chamber cylinder head?
Can somebody else chime in here? Aren't the ZL1 / L88 motors closed chamber?
