'70 Ford Maverick - Awesome Sleeper
Love this build - one of the most subtle sleepers I've seen in years. Would be a lot of fun with the AFR heads and 4.30 gears...very unsuspecting.

Even has a little single exhaust tip out the back......:cool2:

That would be fun. A person could even go further undercover by revisiting the engine compartment. Ford Blue would be your friend;)

My first car was a 70 Maverick, 6 cylinder. Paid $600 for it in 1978.

Very cool!!

Just missing the Grabber hood, no stripes and keep it subtle but factory scoops hard to resist. :beers: ~ Pete . |
----Sleeper status would be a bit compromised when the key is turned on this Maverick! Very cool ride.....Bill S

Wow nice car. I would have dropped in a 289 Hi Po Shelby factory engine in this Maverick. 289- 306 horsepower were a nice short stroke quick engine. I knew a guy who owned a Maverick back in the 70s with a 302 engine. Nice car.

Very nice.Doubt they'll get $43K for it though cause it's still a Maverick.
