1967 Camaro jack staff dating

1 Attachment(s)
I'm just getting ready to send parts out for plating, and I noticed that this jack staff is dated. Looks like 5 11 67 which would make sense for an 05D car. I don't generally work on 67 Camaros - anyone know if this is common?

A corresponding indicator is the Mechanism date.

This is a square base R&H jack. Universal jacks are dated on the rivet.

Have not seen that. Is it from a NOR or VN car?

My Norwood-built June 67 Z28 had a May-dated shaft just like yours.

Mine was a Norwood build as well.

Yes - unless I missed it, no dating (like mine) of masts. Mine has the patent numbers also.

Post 87 is the only guy who mentions a pat. number but it's a trapazoid type, not square. My LA car has a square mast but not dated like yours. Interesting....Joe

Seems unusual for a 67 NOR Camaro to have a square mast. Kind of like seeing a LOS with a trapezoidal mast.
