forget about registering it in arizona, inspector would look at that vin tag and laugh

Wow. Just wow. That would not get past the NC DMV inspectors either.

As to the engine stamp, Baltimore plant was gang stamping the VIN by the time that car was built, so that stamp is bogus too.

Wonder if it was even a 138 car when born? Would not be surprised if it started life as a 6-cylinder powerglide Malibu!!
