Re: 1970 PLYMOUTH SUPERBIRD/ALL ORIGINAL 2 OWNER CAR

if this car came from Martin Motors in Harrisburg,Pa when new,i might still have a picture of it sitting on ramps in the showroom.
it was a 440 4 speed superbird, but i cant remember if it was a bench seat or bucket seat car.
i took the picture when i was a paper boy in 1969,and i believe it is still in my mom's old photo albums.

Paul,

Are you interested in a Challenger T/A trade and some cash? http://i101.photobucket.com/albums/m...n/TAonlift.jpg

This is not the car from Martin Motors as this car was sold new here and has been here ever since, that appears to be a very nice T/A, Ill keep that in mind if i do not sell it.

Re: 1970 PLYMOUTH SUPERBIRD/ALL ORIGINAL 2 OWNER CAR

I called this guy and offered $100,000 for the car. The best offer to date was in the low 90's. After I didn't hear from them about my offer for a day I contacted them to find out why I hadn't heard from them. This guy Paul said that the owner wanted to let this other guy look at the car next week before making up his mind. I withdrew my offer. They probably told this guy they have a $100,000 offer. I don't know why they want to deal with this other guy when he was trying to steal the car for $91,000.

9% less than 100k (91K) is a steal??

Re: 1970 PLYMOUTH SUPERBIRD/ALL ORIGINAL 2 OWNER CAR

The ad reads '100K or best offer', so any buyer would naturally assume that if he offers the full price he'd get the car. If you want to phish, put them on Ebay. JMO
